American Craft Beer Fest (via Twitter)

We talked about the benefits of Twitter here at the Aleuminati, well today I will put it to thte test as a viable means of blogging while on the road. I will use my cell phone to send twitter updates to my blog during my time in Boston for the American Craft Beer Fest... It may, or may not be interesting, only time will tell... But hey, 75 breweries and more than 300 bee… Continue

I'm thinking about changing hte look of my website. Too many folks are using the basic blogger template... Not sure if I'll have time though... Was goofing around with banners and branding...

I thought it was well organized and had a great selection of beer. Too bad I didn't get around to all of them!

Sounds like you had a good time too.

No worries. If anyone understands what it takes to keep up on your passion projects while still paying the bills, it's us. We have our stuff out to Travel Channel right now and are tentatively scheduled to meet with them before the end of the summer. Wish us luck!

First, God Bless you for your service in my defense. I have about 12 more years at this job before I'll be eligible to stop doing that and start doing something I really like for less money. Let's face, most of us won't be so financially independent that we can afford to completely stop working when we're 56 (gave away my age). I was in the army for four years with the 3rd ACR. What branch are you in?

Hi friend. I'm a code enforcement inspector with a branch of local county government. It's a living and the flex schedule means I have Monday's off to hang out here! Thank you for asking - and yes, I'm still counting down to retirement!

That Gatorade story was classic. I can see why someone would have some paranoia these days. What brand of outdoor propane burner did you get? How many BTUs does it have?

I like your beer/christianity series.

My favorite bible verse is:

Judges 9:21 And Jotham ran away, and fled, and went to Beer, and dwelt there, for fear of Abimelech his brother.

Ok, so beer was a city, but still, it's a great verse. Except we shouldn't use beer to escape from our problems.

Thanks for putting my site on your list. I started looking for some equipment today in my quest to build a home brewery. My first buy will probably be a new brew kettle and an outdoor propane burner and tank. Once I get that figured out I will then get all of the other items. Hope to start brewing later this summer.
