Beer Cheers to All, We are releasing our "Cuvee du Jongleur", a wood barrel-aged blended sour Belgish Ale. We blended select Flanders Reds, Triples (some in the wood for 18 months) and Blond Quads for cork and basket bottling in 750 ml. champagne bottles back in January of this year. We laid the bottles down on their side in ricks to go through an extended lactic fermentation for conditioning. The beer has aged in the bottle for 8 months and we think it's cracking good!
