Event Description

Buckbean Brewing Company, the largest production microbrewery in Nevada, and the MonteLago Village Resort at Lake Las Vegas are hosting the first-annual MonteLago Village Beer Fest at MonteLago Village Resort. Taking place March 14th from 3 to 7 p.m., the festival will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Las Vegas, plus feature craft beers from around the United States served in the serene setting of MonteLago's cobblestone streets and majestic mountains. At just $20 per person, which includes an engraved commemorative glass, MonteLago's inaugural Craft Beer Fest offers a fun opportunity to taste the country's most distinctive brews, plus provide help to those with a debilitating disease.
Live music and scrumptious edibles will also accompany the plethora of craft brews at the event. "Buckbean is excited to partner with MonteLago Village on this event," said owner Douglas Booth. "This exceptional location is perfect for both tourists and locals to enjoy a day of craft beers, finished off by dinner at one of MonteLago's restaurants or an overnight getaway in the Resort's lavish accommodations."
Visitors wishing to spend the night can take advantage of MonteLago Village Resort's luxury lakeside lodging, complete with scenic balconies, full kitchens and living areas, starting at only $99 per night, not including resort fees or taxes. To book accommodations for the event, please call 866-564-4799 and ask for Beer Fest rates. While there, enjoy MonteLago's many restaurants and shops, which offer shopping and dining options ranging from tapas and Mexican dining to upscale clothing boutiques, to Italian cuisine rivaling that of Italy itself.
Buckbean Brewing Company recently expanded into the Las Vegas and Northern California markets. The craft beer company produces its two signature beers, Original Orange Blossom Ale and Black Noddy Lager, in 16-ounce, environmentally-friendly cans, giving beer fans the opportunity to take their favorite brew with them hiking, biking, golfing and boating without the worry of glass breaking.
