The Aleuminati-the not so secret society of better beer drinkers

What's the most you've paid for a beer at a game lately?

I'm doing a little bit of fact finding for a story I'm writing. For anyone who has bought a beer at a pro sports game lately (baseball, basketball, hockey, football, etc) - how much did you pay? Was it a macro brew or a craft beer? What city were you in?

All feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

NHRA, in Bristol Tenn.

$5 for a can of macro, there was absolutely no "craft" around. $20 for a round of beers, and at 80+ degrees out... macro beers go down way to easily.

It was cheaper than the water.

I was just at Dodger Stadium Fri and Saturday and I spent 8.50 on a micro but the kicker was the super sized Bud for 12.50. I think that should be illegal in more then one way.

I heard the cheapest stadium beer was at Anaheim Stadium. They lowered the price of a beer to $4.50 about 5 years ago because they wanted to give fans a break. They've kept that prices the same since then.

The highest I had heard was $12.50 for a 24oz monster beer at Yankee Stadium.

On average, beer stadium prices from what I've gathered is between $6.50 and $7.50 for a macro pint.

I paid 6.50 for Blue Moon at Coors Field a few weeks ago. I think that was the price for fat tire at the donkey games.
