Got a 5 gallon batch cyser (made with ale yeast) and 5 gallons of cider(a special 5 variety blend of apples) (made with White Labs cider yeast) conditioning.

Also a 5 gallon batch of a New Glarus Belgian Red type....a golden ale with the equivalent of 25 lbs of Michigan Montmorency Cherries added (did NOT use extract (I HATE extract)...instead bought a real cherry super concentrate juice (1 ounce equals about 1 pound of fruit) direct from the orchard.

Lastly a 10 gallon batch of Chocolate, Oatmeal Stout that will be secondaried on a bed of cracked black walnuts....we are calling in C.O.W. Stout.

Okay - two people from a random gathering of 100 odd beer lovers and both have batches of cyser going? And a third member who professes his undying love for it? We might have to install a cyser-perry-pyment-melomel subgroup here soon... The Aleuminati Alechemeadists?

I've recently bottled a Belgian Dark Strong Ale (I finally broke 10.5% abv). Also, I have a 5 gallon batch of dry mead that is about 9 months old. I am planning on oaking half of it (medium-dark oak). The real exciting thing about this mead is that my fiancee and I made it together and we are going to use it for the toast at our wedding. (She also has a gal of totally wild fermented blueberry melomel going.)

Saturday is brewday! Making 15 gallons of Kölsch. I bought 55# of grain, so maybe something else the following week. I can't wait for summer!

I have a blood orange hefeweizen in primary. I am going to bottle in about 5 days or so.

Weizenbier kit, along with a tube of whitelabs Belgian wit yeast.

Simple brew, just wanting to make something Bluemoon-ish.

My Kölsch is kegged, and I've got one fermenter with an Old Speckled Hen clone. I don't know if the recipe is good, it was a request from a friend. I'll find out in about 2 weeks!
