The unique thing about Mikkeller's Beer Geek Brunch Weasel is that is is made with coffee from beans that have been eaten and literally crapped out of the weasel-like Civet cat. The partially digested beans are collected, cleaned, roasted, and made into (very expensive) coffee that is used in the beer. I matched this unique beer with a hearty brunch of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and melon.
