Schlafly Beer Documentary
Here is a nice 8:00 + video documentary of Schlafly (The St. Louis Brewery, Inc.) beer. This was created as part of a grad school project by a student at Webster University - Adrian B.
The only statement that is questionable is the tidbit at the end about Schlafly being the largest independent brewer in Missouri ... I think that distinction belongs to Boulevard in KC. Otherwise, nice work!

Comment by Shawn, the Beer Philosopher on January 31, 2009 at 10:30pm - You're welcome. The St. Louis Brewery, Inc. (Schlafly Beer) is basically my "local" brewery, despite being about 100 miles away. Sad commentary on the lack of breweries in my area ... I hope to change all that one day.

- What an amazing piece. I really enjoyed it, and I just recently found Schlafly brews locally, probably because of their local first philosophy. I'm not anywhere near St. Louis. ;) Their reserve series is killer, though. Thanks for the share, Shawn!
