Deschutes Hop Henge Experimental IPA
Just had the Hop Henge with lunch today. Impressed with how balanced this beer is. IBUs are listed at 95, but the malt really balances it out (yet the sweetness of the beer seems quite subtle to me) to create a smooth yet bitter beer. At 9% the beer has little trace of alcohol. So far Deschutes deserves their reputation.
