Building a portable kegerator.

I'm building a portable kegerator from plans found in a brewing magazine. There is one thing I couldn't figure out how to do easily.

The kegerator will hold three corny kegs. I don't want to leave the gas cylinders out where prying hands can mess with the pressure. I found a large "salesman's" clothing case on wheels, and it will fit two CO2 cylinders.

So now I will be able to cool the kegs, and keep the gas away from people that like to mess with things they shouldn't.

I'd like to see this set up you have. What magazine did you find it in? I've seen people convert large rolling trash cans into kegerators
I heard of using small CO2 canisters like paintball guns use. And the regulators, that I know of, I have listed below:

I am planning on doing this with 2.5 gallon cornies in a small ice chest for small parties. But for larger, I'd think they'd still work on a 5 gallon corny, or 2 2.5 gallons.
