Hi All, finally got a good internet connection. Just wanted to let you know that we will be breaking ground on the brewery in the Spring. Still a long way from an operational brewery, but always getting closer. You can read the updates and experimentations at www.belgianmare.blogspot.com.

Tim,
At least make a smoked trout stout! Pairing fish with beer is great when you're talking about eating but if you're talking about drinking, it better be while fishing and not about putting fish in the beer!! Pretty sure you could come up with some better names than Big Sky's Trout Slayer!! Live Free or Die Lager could be fun too for the NH reference with your Black Lager. Way too much fun!

Good looking blog and interesting beer. A New England Cream Lager sounds mighty tasty! Keep experimenting and keep us up to date. Good luck, just don't try to brew up some perch porter or trout stout!!
