Flossmoor Station 10th Anniversary Beer

I went to Flossmoor Station this weekend and had their 10th anniversary beer. This beer was a very pleasant surprise, because it has no real style. The style description for this beer was that they opened 10 different beers and dumped them into a bourbon barrel. I tried to find out what ten beers but have been unable to do so. What I really like about this was all the different flavors it gave to this beer. The nose on this beer has a very heavy bourbon vanilla smell and a nice alcohol burn when swallowed. But what I like the most was that it seemed that easy swallow left me with a different taste. I taste raisins, chocolate, plums, vanilla, oak, olives and much more, the more I savored this beer the more I got out of it. It was aged in small quantities so I don’t know how long it will be available, but if you get a chance to go to Flossmoor Stations don’t pass it up.
