recently i made a batch of home made alchoholic ginger beer and it didnt carbonate :( im fairly certain that i placed some priming agent in at the end , the flavour is pretty good ( i used some lactose to sweeten the mix ) but it hasnt worked can i reopen the brew and try to prime it again ? I had been thinking lately that every time i have a few beers and a decent feed its all over for the night . Also the tast , flavour of beer is affected by what food we eat . Do i just prepare for a difficult day , the next day , and not eat while drinking some exotic brew from hell , or do i just limit my intake while tasting . i will consider this tonight , while i don a pinstripe suit and travell in a bus for 35 miles to a fancy Ball , and just sit and drink some IPA with friends while enjoyi… Continue

ive been thinking lately ( which isnt what God wants us to do , as it creates lots of questions ) lemon or lime in my cervecia ... Now the home made variety is certainly not as dank in flavour as your very average corona , but i must say lemon works well with this sweet variety i make . kinda handy if you have a lemon tree .....and many dozen beers lol Continue

Unbelieveable that after a four day period of wild weather , that the sun is out . So time to drink a cold beer . Two days ago it was wild and wooly so it was India pale ale time ...... mmm i might think about making some nut brown ale for when it gets really cold .... Beer.... every days a good day !!!
