O, one other thing... if you're into German food and German brew - hit up Edelweiss. Stevie Chips (he's Aleum member and he was with us at the beerfest) went last night. They just opened up their Rathskeller and it's the BOMB! They're having an informal christening of the cellar bar on March 30. Fran (who is 100% German) and I, probably my brother and his wife, Stevie Chips and his gal, and whoever else we can wrangle up will be attending!

Hahaha... that would be Fran's daughter's boyfriend works at Phantom Canyon. Not Fran's boyfriend! LOL That sounded funny the way I had it worded. ;)

Dang good question man. Frankly... I have no clue. We don't really do St. Shamrock's Day cuz really, we drink EVERY weekend. We're professional drinkers like that (NOT alcoholics)! So... ;)

I know Jack Quinns' downtown is off the hook, but you have get there when they open for any shot at actually getting inside. I'm sure Phantom Canyon will have something. Fran's daughter works at The Ritz and her boyfriend works at Phantom, so we'll probably start down there. They're all within a block of each other anywho.

That however depends on whether or not a friend of ours is having a party or not, and when. Might be Sunday, might be Monday. Second I find out I'll let ya know.

Thoughts?

That picture makes me hungry. Think I'm gonna go home and grill me up some beef and slug it down with a few good brews! Oh, wait... I live in Colorado and it's snowing. Nevermind. I will have that brew though! Oh, and welcome to the Aleuminati, Redmeat! ;)
