New research shows alcohol is good for your bones. Scientists at Tufts University found that moderate drinking seems to prevent loss of bone mineral density (BMD) associated with aging. Bone loss can lead to osteoporosis, which can lead to increased risk of fractures and injury. I went to Flossmoor Station this weekend and had their 10th anniversary beer. This beer was a very pleasant surprise, because it has no real style. The style description for this beer was that they opened 10 different beers and dumped them into a bourbon barrel. I tried to find out what ten beers but have been unable to do so. Founders Breakfast Stout may be my favorite Stout and Mike and Mollies in Champaign IL has it on tap just. I just wanted to say if you have not had Founders Breakfast Stout on tap Man it is awesome and I did my best to brink it dry Friday night but I could not get her to float. (In the future I will try harder)
