"As I broaden my palet, I have become quite fond of the different roasted flavors of the stouts and porters. Chocolate and coffee are obvious, but I've found caramel, toffee, and even hints of licorice."

I am a home brewer who has a varied pallet for different styles of beer. I prefer IPA's, but I'm fond of Porters, Stouts, and Meads, especially Braggots.
