yes, allgrain . If I reverted back to extract my wife would kill me lol. over the summer I built an all stainless steel herms system with dual magnetic drive pumps, solenoid controlled gas and temp controller. All under the guise of "getting out of the kitchen" lol I don't knock extract at all, but hardware aside its cheaper to go all grain, and just has a more rewarding feel to it :) I will be taking orders to put together extract kits for those interested in learning to brew. and have an extra couple of burners to spare during the day. We generally do a potluck, grill or make pizza on brewdays, and if done soon enough, drink homebrew and play bocce. Let me know if you are interested.

I have 4 kids, if I dont talk to myself, who will listen? :)
Have you made any plans for November 1st (national teach a friend to brew day)?We are hoping to do a bbq/brewday/bocce tournament at riverwalk park. May bring out my brewing rig to run side by side with friends trying their first extracts, but depends upon participation.

Well, now it looks like I might be going to San Diego. I was just promised a ticket to the conference. Now I just have to find a "reasonable" hotel room.....

I doubt it. We have a booth but I think our San Diego office and some new acquisitions from Ohio are using all the passes. I think I'll hold out for the SWUG conference in Laramie. Yeah.....Laramie.....
