Beers with balance! Many seem to be lacking in that department these days.
Who am I?:
A professional brewer, going on 12 years now. Attended the Siebel Institute of (brewing) Technology in 1997. Currently Brewmaster for Blackstone Brewing Co. in Nashville, TN. I also judge at the Great American Beer Festival and BJCP National certification. Currently Technical Chair for the MBAA District Mid-South.
