Who am I?:

Schlafly Beer is made by the Saint Louis Brewery, a regional craft brewer with two brewpubs. One in downtown St. Louis (The Schlafly Tap Room) and Maplewood (The Schlafly Bottleworks). We opened the Tap Room on December 26, 1991. We opened the Bottleworks on the 70th anniversary of Prohibition's repeal in April of 2002.
