How's it going? I dont' recall offhand what was missing, but I thought I put a list in with the book and other papers? I know the capper broke. I think the other things you're missing are the little tip for bottling (it goes at the end of the rigid skinny plastic tube that fits into a bottle; it controls the flow of beer so the beer doesn't spill when you fill one bottle and put the bottling tip into another bottle to fill it. The airlock for the top of the brewing bucket lid might be broken or missing. That's all I can think of, sorry!
