obnoxious experimentals for the winter

Been monkeying around with a new test batch at AKB . . . nothing to ever hit the public, jubst a 1bbl for shits and giggles. I've been feeling an imperial spruce beer is necessary here, not only with spruce tips in the boil but DRY SPRUCING, which is totally asceptic due to the high citric acid and vitamin C content. A dry hop at the same time with SAAZ and some dry spicing too with allthe holiday goodies. Gonna brew with blanched pears, dates, plums, cloves, cinnamon and mashing with rainsins.… Continue
