- Unique brews with a mind to craft not style. That said, I have yet to meet a style I don't like For those who think that was a great way to avoid the question, Belgian style beers occupy a large part of my heart.
- Who am I?:
- I am a beer aficionado (but who here isn't?). I have been homebrewing for 5 years now and am taking the plunge into going pro by attending an ABG course starting this summer. I ultimately hope to start a very small brewery.
