Hey all. Zak from HE'BREW. Not sure how I didn't see this thread until now. We do indeed make a pomegranate strong ale called ORIGIN. It's an imperial amber foundation and the pomegranate juice goes in during fermentation, so it's not overly fruit...

Springfield, Illinois has an up and coming beer scene. Our homebrew club has reformed. We recently had a beer and cuisine pairing event at an up-scale restaurant. We have three bars with nice beer selections in our downtown area and within walking distance of each other.

The Brewhaus = wide selection of bottled beers
Floyd's Thirst Parlor = currently featuring 3 Floyd's Pride and Joy on tap
Bar None = currently featuring Bell's Amber and Dogfish Head 90 minute on tap
