- Now recovering from the "will it be single or double IPA tonight?"era and loving well made examples of many styles.
IPA, Baltic Porter, a really crisp authentic pilsner, Weissenbock, Flanders Red and other aged sour brews, Stout in all its glorious variations, and quirky work -- (you know, like the best of Moonlight Brewing's Brian Hunt-- recently he crafted 2 remarkable no-hops redwood tips beers!) and Dogfish Head's Sam Calgione (with his various bold and interesting honey, wood and hoppy fruit experiments), and all kinds of proud delicious homebrews from our talented friends.
