Seriously, though... I am a trained chef who is currently in the process of developing a business plan for a Belgian Tavern in Fargo, ND. The URL is the website for the Tavern, but there's nothing there yet. I'm still working on getting it open, but it's definitely not the easiest thing to do. Money's tight all over.
