Fran said… - Will definitely pass some recipes on...off the top of my head - if you want what I think are the best mashed potatoes ever...boil red potatoes in beer instead of water - I used Blue Moon but you can use whatever you like. Smash those babies up when done and add some cooked bacon bits, butter and green onion/garlic. salt and pepper - to die for!
