I just tried Mikkeller's Black a few nights ago - whoa, what a ride! Powerful, but also sensual in taste and aroma. Start to finish, more than 3 hours of slow savoring...

Will definitely pass some recipes on...off the top of my head - if you want what I think are the best mashed potatoes ever...boil red potatoes in beer instead of water - I used Blue Moon but you can use whatever you like. Smash those babies up when done and add some cooked bacon bits, butter and green onion/garlic. salt and pepper - to die for!

Hey there Corbin - just had the chance to check out your website - VERY cool and unique! Looks like you have many hobbies there - I see ya listed cooking as one of them - I love to cook, especially experimenting with new things - have been on a cooking with beer kick too lately - got some good things going.
