Favorite beer style(s) of the moment:
After my stint preferring MGD and the Beast (much to my chagrin) I discovered craft Beer (at St. James Gate in Dublin) and enjoyed Stout's and Porters. Since that time, and after I began homebrewing, I have developed a fondness for the balanced achieved in an American Pale Ale. I love hops, but also like a nice, significant supporting role played by the malt.
Who am I?:
Just a guy who likes hand crafted Beer and cultivating that appreciation in others. I am a homebrewer, an author, and a Beer proponent. Beer is my Yoga, my center, that which brings me peace (at this point my wife rolls her eyes).
