"Hello theBryon. Wow… There are lots of ways to approach this. I can go on at great lengths as I did a presentation about Beer and the History of Religion to a church here in Carbondale. Granted I didn’t just focus on Christianity as…"

"Today went well with my presentation. However, I think that might be because I had samples. Can't really go wrong with good beer in the morning. Two Trappist ales, a wheat ale, and a porter. The topic was well received - Beer and the History of…"
"I'm actually having to mix yeasts but not really by choice. While trying to get my wort to cool my brew buddy went to the brew house to clean up. He cleaned up the pan where I was priming my British Ale yeast. He found a packet of dry nothing…"

The gods are against me. Twice I have made trips to St. Louis with the intent of buying some good beer that I can't get in southern Illinois and twice I have been thwarted. This time it was by the bug that has been going around. I knew Saturday night I was getting bad. All I could think about Sunday was getting home and getting to bed. At least I still have some tasty things in my fridge to get be by for a while.
