Favorite beer style(s) of the moment:: Man, with the heat of summer I really enjoy wheats, weizens, wits, whatever. Something crisp and refreshing.

Who am I?:: I'm the beer consultant at Martin Wine Cellar in the New Orleans area. Most beer geeks want to start their own brewery or brewpub I actually want to start my own beer store. I really enjoy the retail side of beer.
