Don't trust anything this guy says! just kiddin'. He's a friend and knows TONS about beer! If there was a restaurant in my future, I'd hire him in a second to do my beer menu!

Come on, you're joking, right? Well since you insist... true Belgian Saisons like Phantome and Vielle Provision would be my desert island beers, but I really do have a mid-level obsession with sours, and particularly anything spontaneously fermented....
Who am I?:
I started drinking beer seriously about five years ago, and have travelled all over the States and the world doing my best to enjoy all that the beer world has to offer. After helping to start a beer bar in Sand City (near Monterey), California, I found that people actually enjoy listening to me go on and on about beer, so I started a beer consultancy, The Brew-Ru. I help restaurants expand their beer selections to include interesting brews within their budgets that match well with their menu and overall style. No the website is not up yet. Yes I am working on it.
