Comment by Ray Grace on November 10, 2009 at 6:20pm - I wouldn't put more than one or two beers in. Eight days might be enough, especially if the final ABV was fairly low. It can be awfully hard to be patient though.

Quick question for anyone checking this group: My first brew was bottled on Saturday morning and is in a cool, dry place for now. I expect to place in a fridge around Sunday. Is this good and what should I expect to see in the bottles over the next few days.
After 3 days, I'm starting to see sediment in the bottom of a few bottles.
