- I had to join this group. I grew up in PA, live in NJ, but spend a lot of time in DE and will probably be moving there at some point. I buy beer in all four states and usually keep an eye out for which state has the best price on a particular beer. Other than going to the Troëgs brewery, the cheapest Mad Elf is in Delaware, but NJ usually has the cheapest Samichlaus.
