The Aleuminati-the not so secret society of better beer drinkers

The only thing that's mysterious is why people would drink cheap, fizzy beer.

I must recommend Avery's Ale to the Chief. Probably one of the best Beers I have had.

Just had my first Russian River Blind Pig IPA tonight. Very very nice! Superb hop aroma and nicely smooth taste without being overly bitter. I could drink a few of these!

Tried the Racer 5 at Flying Saucer in Ft. Worth. Awesome! Thanks for the suggestions.

I just tried the Samuel Smith's India Ale. The nose was good, but again, not as strong as others that I prefer. The taste was better, but didn't have the bitterness that I prefer in an IPA.

When shopping for this beer, I did notice that Market Street had the 90-minute IPA. That will be my next selection.

Oh where do I start with what is my favorite style, in the single IPA range, Stone IPA, Racer 5 , Green Flash, and I find Bridgeport Brewing's IPA very drinkable even though it's not as aggressively hoppy as some of the other West Coast IPAs.
My real favorites are the Imperial IPAs, Pliny the Elder, Blind Pig, Moylan's Hopsickle, and Stone Ruination.
