Here are a few of my favorite IPAs and Double IPAs:

Pliny The Elder
Moylan's Hopsickle (even better on Cask)
Firestone Union Jack
Green Flash IPA
Dogfish Head 90 Minute
My homebrewed Rye IPA with an ounce of Amarillo dry hops in the keg

I am a big fan of Bell's Two Hearted Ale. I also had some Big Sky IPA at the Iowa City Brewfest and have been hooked on it since. Both have plenty of bite without being overbearing on the palate.

My recent favorite has been Sprecher Brewery's IPA2, a double IPA.
Their use of four different hop varieties (Chinook, Fuggles, Northern Brewer and Willamette) gives a great hoppiness without being completely overwhelming. Absolutely delicious.
Cheers!

The same night I had the Racer 5, I also tried the Avery cask conditioned IPA that FS had on hand. It was amazing and I enjoyed it more than the Racer 5.
