Fermentation Friday for October

In case any of you beer bloggers happen to be homebrewers as well, there's a carnival along the lines of The Session just for us - and I have the pleasure of hosting this month's edition. It's called Fermentation Friday, was initiated by Adam at the Beer Bits 2 blog, and has been going for about five months now. (Here's a good rundown of the activity thus far.) It's a communal writing exercise on the last Friday of every month, which means that this month, we lucked out. Bwahahahahahaha.
