American wild ale tasting

Howdy, beer lovers of the greater Bay Area,

I haven't had time to post it as a formal "event" here yet, but thought I'd send out a quick note to alert those who may not have seen the announcement on Pfiff! about our upcoming tasting/pairing session on Sunday, August 17th.

The theme for the tasting is "American wild ale", and we'll be going through a variety of iterations of this emerging style. As they're almost undoubtedly meant to be enjoyed with food, we'll be serving them alongside some nibbles to complement these interesting ales nuanced flavors.

A day filled with fine foods and even finer, wilder beers. Of the myriad days you could have chosen, you select the one day that cuts the deepest. The one day I'd love nothing more than to partake in the revelry that is sure to ensue from the influence of spontaneous fermentation - a veritable brew haha of Brett!
