The Beer Philosopher Hits the Small Screen!

Since I just needed something else to do with my time, I have agreed to publish the occasional blog post for the folks at the Small Screen Network. If you haven't seen Colin's work over there, you owe it to yourself to do so. Impressive and professional. I'm honored to have been asked and the way I see it, someone had to balance out all the mixed drinks featured over there!
So what do I do for my first appearance on the small screen (network)? A fun little article I've entitled "Adulterated Beer." Basically, it's a simple introduction to beer blending, mixing and beer cocktails. I'm no expert in this area, since I tend to prefer my beer ... unadulterated. This was a fun excercise, none the less.

I'll occasionally post a piece specifically for the the SSN guys, but I'll likely also republish select items from beerphilosopher.com there as well.

I'm only one beer geek, after all.

Please pay the site a visit and leave a comment on my inaugural post so the SSN folks know that there are beer folk who are interested out there! That, or heckle me for writing about beer cocktails.
