Just opened up at Trappistes Rochefort 10, hearing that it was the best one of of the 3 Rochefort beers from the Belgian Trappist style however I find you could pick more flavor complexity in the the 6 and 8. It seems like the alcohol at 11.3% really starts to dominate the flavor of the beer. The No. 6 with 7.5% and the No.8 with 9.2% are very good. All 3 beers have the same flavor characteristics (spice, fruit, caramel, etc..) just getting progressively stronger as you go up. But like I said the flavor is excellent just the 11.3% is a little higher than I look for in a beer.
