Going to Belgium, Suggestions?

I'll be travelling to Belgium in a few months and I'm looking for suggestions for breweries, pubs, restaurants, hiking, etc. to hit.

got the GBG, it's fantastic.

we're trying to figure out just where we're going to go now, that's why i'm asking. obviously we're going to hit bruges and brussels and probably antwerp and most likely stay in ghent. but i'm also trying to find some more obscure stuff and spend a day or two doing some hikes.

We used visiting the Trappists as the basis for our route. In doing this, we ended up making side stops at Fantome, Dubuisson, Brasserie Dupont, Rodenbach and a few others.

Make sure you do the Cantillion tour in Brussels.
And stop by the Kulminator in Antwerp

La Chouffe is a great stop too. It's a near Bastogne if you are into history stuff.

No hiking advice as we were there in December.
