The Aleuminati-the not so secret society of better beer drinkers

So,

I came up with my first original recipe, on the fly, without software or guidance. I literally went to the local homebrew shop and assembled ingredients based on what they had in stock with a few ingredients I wanted to include for experimenting sake... Essentially, I went in there with some notes I took based on other recipes I saw online, and the hopes of creating some sort of wheat beer, hopefully a modified Witbier of sorts... So, take a look, do I have anything here that fits a style? Any predictions on how this will come out?

Looking for feedback and insight...

Hey Bryon, Your recipe to me seems to fit pretty well to the wit style, recipe looks like it should be pretty tasty. Good luck and let us know how it turns out. I promise you, you've just stepped in to a great hobby.

Thanks Ray, I've been brewing for a bit now, but never ventured far into making my own recipes, stuck with the kits... I'm hoping this beer comes out well... Not sure what the honey will do to the flavor, but it just seemed like an interesting thing to do... Time will tell... I'll let you know how it went...

Ray, do you think I should add some coriander to the carboy after the initial fermentation?

I wouldn't rush too do that although it is traditional. When primary is done give it a taste and go from there.

Sounds like a plan, thanks...
