In the September issue of BYO magazine they feature a 15th year anniversary ale recipe; has anyone tried it? I am getting a scottich ale yeast slurry from my local brewer today and I have been propagating a Trappist yeast strain the last few days which you can see on my facebook or twitter.

 

So if anyone has brewed it....how did it come out...what in the wide, wide world of sports does it taste like and would you make any changes next time?
