I'm actually a little concerned about that much grain in a partial mash but I'm not sure if we should reduce the amount of pale ale malt or cut back on the crystal or just go for it. I do want to go all-grain sometime this year.

Once everyone brews the beer, do we just compare notes on the taste or is there any sort of swap organized? I think it would be a load of fun to receive a few different beers with the same recipe, but different yeasts. On the first beer, we did a beer swap. It was great fun and for me personally, I really enjoyed random boxes of beer showing up on my doorstep. However, With what is now 14 brewers scheduled to brew this beer. Shipping that amount of beer out may be cost prohibitive to some. For me, I will have to space out the shipments over a few weeks.
I say go for it also, as long as you can do a full volume boil it should be no problem. If you can't do a full volume boil, you could cut back the Pale Malt grains and add more extract. I don't think you want to cut back on the specialty malts, you will want your beer to have some character. Either way, as long as you are brewing it, We will drink it :-) (Even if it has a corn addition! Right Rob?)
Why you gotta maize with me, Preston?

I think we're set on #3, a nice corn lager.

So where is the spreadsheet with the yeasts? Which ones are left and what day (date range) are we planning on brewing?

The most updated yeast list is in Useless Brewings most recent post from this morning. If the recipe is settled on, I'm probably brewing Sunday morning but I'd say anytime in Feb/March.
