Which Way Do You Vote - Beer or Wine?

Read the article I just posted on beerphilosopher.com and let me know your thoughts on this subject. I found this little poll to be quite interesting, to say the least. Like I said in my post over there, I'm not going to "get all political" on ya'll, but the tone of the commentary on the poll did seem a bit suspect.
This is as close as I'm gonna get to contoversial on here ... I'll let you guys do that!

You meant ME now didn't you?! OK, I'll bite. That was tough, huh? ;) This is almost a word for word from the comment I left on your blog.

I drink craft beer, which is not the same as crap beer. ;) I don't pay particular allegiance to any one brewery. If it's a good beer, it's a good beer. With that said... I don't pay allegiance to any one party. I don't believe in parties actually. I voted for Bush, and I voted for Clinton. This time around I plan on voting for Obama for the mere fact that he DOESN'T have as much "experience" (or as I like to call it in this instance, "he doesn't have as many favors to payback or things to hide" as the other candidates.

See, our founding fathers - who were all Patriot Brewers (i.e., Sam Adams) mind you - never intended for politics to become a profession. So having "experience" IMHO means you're a professional politician (and thus you owe someone somewhere for something), which goes against the very farbric of what the founding fathers set up.

It's not a matter of being blue or red... it's about being the best person to lead our country.

I now jump of the beer crate and return you to your regular programming. I need a beer. ;)
