beer pizza cheese and olives

This weekend is a much too long anticipated brew weekend ( a wee heavy) and I am sure like many of you its a long day of "hurry up and wait". Apart from general prep and sanitation during heating/mashing/sparging/boiling and cooling periods I usually grill or make some homemade pizza. This weekend I will be curing olives and trying my hand at cheesemaking for the first time. I am pretty geeked about the cheese ( a fresh mozzarella for the pizza margerita, and a farm cheddar). This is also a great chance at getting my wife, a supportive non beer drinker, involved in my brewday. What I am wondering, apart from any advice on the cheese of course, is what other hobbies do you all enjoy or overlap during a brewday?
